ITT Marine & Leisure have announced the purchase of the LVM range of products.
ITT Marine & Leisure Group, already includes an array of successful brands such as Jabsco, Rule, Flojet and Danforth. They will now take over responsibility for selling LVM branded products into established markets and distribution channels, and intend to grow the business through their world-class service operation.
LVM formed in 1973, specialises in products using low voltage DC power supplies particularly for leisure pursuits, including boating and caravanning. The LVM range includes wind powered and water towed generators, solar panels, and inflators/deflators for RIB's. They also produce a range of submersible inline pumps which both complement and extend ITT Marine & Leisure's core product range of pumps and accessories, allowing ITT to widen their offering to boaters worldwide.
Sales, technical and customer support will continue to be available through the existing LVM distribution network, but can also be sourced through www.lvmshop.co.uk. To ensure continuity of operations, manufacturing will be maintained at the LVM premises in Arlesey UK. |
