The new ‘Twist ‘n' Lock' manual toilet system launched by Jabsco at METS found favour with the Judges who awarded the innovation a ‘Special Mention' in the ‘Interior Equipment' Category.
This simple, easy to use, development ensures that even on a poorly installed toilet system, water and waste cannot backflow out of the bowl. The design uses a remodelled piston in the pump-out assembly. At the end of normal pumping out, at the bottom of the pump stroke, the user simply turns the handle through 90 o which locks the piston down onto the base outlet valve, keeping it securely shut. Turning the handle to the normal operating position opens the lock again.
The new ‘Twist ‘n' Lock' system is being installed on all Jabsco Manual Toilets, both Compact and Regular Bowl sizes and at no addition to the retail price. |
